Terms of Service

Raha Sleep is a trading name of Joe Kaprielian, a sole trader based in Lebanon ("we", "us"). Postal address: P.O. Box 1233, Mazaraat Yachouh, Lebanon. Contact: support@rahasleep.com. These terms apply when you use Raha Sleep at rahasleep.com. By starting a plan or using Raha Sleep, you agree to them.
What Raha Sleep is
Raha Sleep is a web app that creates personalised audio sessions for relaxation and sleep. Each night it combines a recorded session matched to your sleep pattern with a short personal introduction that uses your first name and your daily check-in.
Raha Sleep is not medical or psychological treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you have a sleep disorder or another health concern, please talk to a qualified professional. Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. You must be 18 or older to use Raha Sleep.
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, you also accept Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Your use of the Raha Sleep service itself is governed by these terms, and you can always contact us directly at support@rahasleep.com.
Plans, billing and automatic renewal
Your plan starts with a one-time charge of $9.99 (or the equivalent shown in your currency) for your first 7 nights. Unless you cancel before those 7 nights end, your plan then renews automatically at $29.99 a month (or the equivalent shown in your currency), charged to the payment method you used, every month until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars where Paddle doesn't offer your local currency (for example in the UAE and Saudi Arabia), and include any VAT or sales tax that applies. About 2 days before every charge, including the first monthly one, we'll email you the date and amount and a link to cancel.
The optional add-on
Right after you join, we may offer an optional Back to Sleep pack for a one-time $19 (or the equivalent shown in your currency), including tax. If you tap to add it, Paddle charges it once to the payment method you just used. It isn't a subscription, and you won't be charged unless you choose it. It's covered by our money-back guarantee, and you keep access to it for as long as you have a Raha Sleep account.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from "Manage or cancel my plan" in your sleep room, or by emailing support@rahasleep.com. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds and your right to cancel
If Raha Sleep isn't for you, ask within 14 days of any charge for a full refund of that charge. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund. Wherever you live, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Gulf, our money-back guarantee applies alongside any rights your local consumer law gives you. See our Refund Policy for how.
Your account and your sessions
Your sleep room is reached through a private link we email you. Keep it to yourself, since anyone with the link can open your sessions. Sessions are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share or resell them. The recordings, scripts and the Raha Sleep name remain ours.
Fair use
Please don't use Raha Sleep to break the law, commit fraud or send spam, copy or infringe our content or anyone else's, or try to hack, overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if a payment fails and isn't fixed, or if we need to protect you, other members or the service from fraud or a security risk. Unless it's urgent, we'll email you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account without a good reason under these terms, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Raha Sleep available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms or your price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change affects you, and you can cancel before then. If we ever stop offering Raha Sleep, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, stop all future charges and refund any period you've paid for but won't receive.
Liability
Raha Sleep is provided for relaxation. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Wherever you live, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the rest of the Gulf, the UK or the EU, you keep all the protections of the consumer and data protection laws where you live that can't be overridden by agreement, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to sort things out.
